Reginald Wickham Prentice

Reginald Wickham Prentice was born in 1867 at Holford Rectory, Somerset in England and was the son of the Rev. Henry and Fanny Catherine Prentice.  At the time of his birth Reginald had an older Sister Edith Mary (born 1863) and two older brothers, Edward (born 1865) and Walter (born 1866).

By the time of the English census of 1871, the family continue to live at The Rectory, Holford, Nr Williton, Somerset and another child has been born into the family, a brother called Arthur William (born 1869).

In 1875 his youngest brother Frank Lynton Prentice was born in Lynton, Devon, England'

By the time of the English census of 1881, Reginald is fourteen years old, has left the family home and is a student at All Hallows Grammar School, Honiton, in the neighbouring county of Devon.

By the time of the English census of 1891, Reginald is twenty four years old and a medical student at Kings College Hospital, London.  He registered with the qualification of Licentiate in Medicine and Surgery of the Society of Apothecaries (L.M.S.S.A.) in London on the 3rd Jul 1893.

By the time of the 1901 census, Reginald's father had died and his mother was living with him at Moortown House, Ringwood.  Reginald's occupation was that of a Medical Practitione.

On the 10th October 1906, Reginald married Margaret Stella Maunsell at The Parish Church, St Luke, Chelsea, London.  Margaret's father was Charles Maunsell who was a Colonel in the Royal Army.

On the 17 Jan 1928, Reginald Wickham Prentice died at  Bridge House, Ringwood, Hampshire, England.
